Set within one of the Hamptons’ most exclusive residential areas, this project was designed to transform the rear terrace into a fully immersive luxury outdoor experience.

Awiluxe installed a dynamic retractable pergola system that allows the homeowner to effortlessly control sunlight, shade, and open-sky exposure throughout the day. Integrated with the premium Capella roof shading system, the space delivers both architectural elegance and functional comfort in every season.

To elevate the visual experience, frameless glass railings were used to preserve the property’s open views and modern coastal aesthetic. Forte zip screens complete the environment by adding privacy, wind protection, and additional climate control without compromising the clean design language of the home.
